Hi, I'm Josh the owner of Bright Light Inspections. I am a certified professional inspector and I really enjoy what I do. The first house I bought years ago was an eye opening experience for me. I knew nothing about what I was getting into. This is why I do everything that I can to educate my customers about their homes during my inspections. Each report is simple to understand and has photos to show you exactly what is going on. Ultimately, I want to help people find good homes and make sure they are informed of any issues that exist. We are members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). InterNACHI provides the absolute best training for their inspectors and they uphold incredibly high standards to stay certified. We follow their current Standards of Practice (SOP's) & their Code of Ethics (COE). Additionally, we take their continuing education courses and are tested every 2 years! Basically, we're legit.
